We want to inform you that Texas Disposal Systems (TDS) has recently updated their billing system for our community. As part of this change, they have removed the existing trash bins and will not deliver new ones until billing is completed.

Kindly remove all personal items or belongings (e.g., mats, decorations, furniture, etc.) from in front of your units, hallways, or shared spaces by April 4rd. This will allow our cleaning team to work efficiently and avoid any damage or misplacement of belongings.

Note: Any unclaimed items left after the deadline may be relocated or disposed of for hygiene and safety reasons.
